VILLA ALZAMBRA
Villa Alzambra is our largest and closest villa to the famous Puerto Banús, walking distance to 2 supermarkets, the beach and the marina.

It has 6 ensuite bedrooms and can sleep from 12 guests to a maximum of 23 guests adding extra beds and towels. Please fill in your exact dates and group number to get a exact quote.

The villa has a fully fitted kitchen with 2 large fridges/freezers and a basement with a Sauna & shower room and a multipurpose room which can be used as a second living, screening room, disco with bar & music synched lights or as an extra bedroom for large groups.

The private garden has room for up to 23 sunbeds, a large pool with shower and a covered terrace with lounge and alfresco dining, alongside the BBQ area.

ALZAMBRA/VASARI COMPLEX
La Alzambra is a luxury and secure complex located only 5 minutes walk to Puerto Banus area (600 meters).

I strongly recommend you to verify the Google Map to Puerto Banus directions of any property advertised as “Within walking distance to Puerto Banus”. Most of them are several kilometers away and car is absolutely necessary for everything. Not in Villa Alzambra-Vasari complex, where you can walk for groceries, restaurants, the beach and many more amenities.

There is an ICELAND supermarket 100 meters away, just at the entrance of the complex.

This is very handy since you don’t want to hire a Taxi to go shopping for groceries.

Just in front of ICELAND there is also an OPENCOR minimarket opened 24/7/365.

PUERTO BANUS
Puerto Banus area is 600 meters away, where you will find lots of restaurants, the big shopping center EL CORTE INGLES, two nice and quiet beaches with Chiringuitos to eat in the white sand and, of course, the very well know harbor Puerto Banus with mostly all Top Designer name shops and million.

First Floor:
The first floor has its own AC/Heating system for the 3 bedrooms upstairs.
– 1 master bedroom with kingsize bed, 50″ TV, wardrobe with wall SAFE, 1 ensuite double bathroom with separated bath and shower and access to open terrace with partial sea views.
– A second double bedroom with 2 single beds, 40″ TV, ensuite double bathroom and direct access to open terrace with partial sea views.
– A third double bedroom with 2 single beds, ensuite single bathroom and views to both the garden and the mountains (from the bathroom)

Ground floor:
The ground floor has it own AC/Heating system.
– 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds, ensuite single bathroom and views to the property private garden.

Basement:
– 1 double bedroom with natural light, individual AC, Heating, 2 single beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
