STRUCTURE:
The structure is primarily made of reinforced concrete, featuring one-way slabs.
In some areas, there are reinforced concrete waffle slabs supported by steel or concrete pillars and beams.
ROOF:
The roof is an inverted flat roof with a double waterproofing layer and high-density insulation. In non-transitable areas, it is protected with gravel, and terraces are finished with ceramic tiles.
EXTERIOR WALLS AND SURFACE:
The exterior walls have a two-layer construction: an exterior layer made of ceramic brick with insulation using projected polyurethane or a similar material. The interior face is finished with double laminated gypsum board and mineral wool insulation.
Exterior renders may use damp-proof cement mortar or natural stone cladding, depending on the building type.
INTERIOR WALLS AND SURFACES:
